Job Description:

Attends and participates in management training program under supervision of manager, trainer, or mentor. Builds business contacts by contacting and meeting with warm referrals, develops new business, and maintains current relationships. Learns to understand cost control, read profit and loss statements, and understand what it takes to run a profitable business. Expands knowledge and expertise through ongoing specialized training. Participates in and completes training exercises including, but not limited to, Sales Training, Product Training, Computer Training, and Operations Training. Learns how to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with all types of customers, vendors and co-workers. Learns proper sales techniques to problem solving and conflict management. Learns how to mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote a staff. Performs management tasks under supervision of manager. Conducts face-to-face meetings, with the support of manager, learning to gather pertinent information and educate clients about fundamental business issues. Analyzes and manages clients' accounts. Maintains and actively services existing customers assigned to a specific sales region by performing various duties including areas such as product quotation and problem resolution. Enters and maintains all sales orders. Captures new business opportunities within current customers through numerous strategies, such as new product introduction, account targeting, and marketing the current product line.
