Job Description:

Plans, coordinates, facilitates, and documents reports on an organization's regulatory programs. Plans and executes regulatory activities necessary to obtain and maintain regulatory approvals in specific markets. Ensures compliance with relevant regulations. Coordinates and reports on internal regulatory processes, such as internal audits, inspections, license renewals, or registrations. Manages the regulatory review of design changes, manufacturing changes, and specification changes. Develops, prepares, and submits applications and notifications to regulatory agencies and governing bodies. Serves as liaison between the organization and regulatory authorities in the process of obtaining product approval or clearance. Reviews change orders and assesses impact of product changes on regulatory strategy and submissions per standard procedures. Makes recommendations on the development of regulatory strategies and obtains approvals from regulatory agencies, as required throughout the product life cycle. Assists in keeping company informed of regulatory requirements. Participates in product development teams, providing regulatory strategy, timelines, and direction. Reviews labeling, training, promotional, and advertising material. Supports post-market regulatory compliance activities for product approvals.
