Collects, analyzes, and prepares wage and salary data to facilitates the long-term incentive compensation program. Assists with the implementation of the long-term incentive compensation plan by providing suggestions on adjustments to the plan and establishing communication, training, and support of the plan. Supports the administration of the long-term incentive compensation plan, including managing participant data, compensation calculations, adjustments, and payouts. Responds to questions concerning the implementation of the incentive plan and policies. Collaborates with management to assess the effectiveness of the plan and interpret the impact of the plan on performance.
