Job Description:

Oversees the day-to-day relationships with clients served, providing thoughtful and pragmatic leadership. Addresses strategic and organizational issues at hand and identifies new and better ways to help clients achieve their business goals over the long term. Assumes responsibility for the success and satisfaction of client relationships, involving in all aspects of a project's life cycle. Utilizes business and technology savvy and consulting skills to actively engage clients in the project process. Diagnoses client's needs and leverages the knowledge and creativity of colleagues to generate solutions. Advises single or multiple clients and defines the professional services approach for new opportunities. Develops proposals and Statements of Work (SOW), oversees the consulting team assigned on projects, and manages and mentors the staff. Generates services revenues from new and existing clients. Maintains a profit and loss structure by meeting or exceeding stated margin targets; meets or exceeds stated revenue targets; and provides accurate and timely forecasts of revenue and expense. Develops new and extends existing business relationships with selected partner organizations, both internal and external. Provides opportunity and forecast reports. Balances short- and long-term sales opportunities to maximize the effectiveness of organization resources, and maximizes revenue opportunities. Administers and project manages accepted SOW with regard to resource coordination and client satisfaction levels. Identifies client requirements through on-site client visits (both pre- and post-sale); understands the client's implementation methodology and processes; understands the client's challenges, needs, and wants; and manages expectations against the SOW. Establishes value of professional services to the client. Develops a go-to market strategy inclusive of partner participation.
