Job Description:

Administers and maintains a variety of data used in support of analytical and/or research projects. Leads the analysis and design effort of the organization's data warehouse framework, data, and metadata models. Participates in the organization's data analysis efforts. Establishes and enforces the organization's data warehouse architecture standards, including table structures, naming conventions, key definition and generation, optimization, etc. Develops and maintains a database to track and monitor data collection. Produces reports on status of data collection. Prepares and maintains files for data. Collects data through various means. Recommends new methods for collection and documentation of data. Translates requirements and business rules into data structures within the data warehouse architecture framework. Develops conceptual, logical, and physical data models for application databases, the data warehouse, and data marts. Identifies data and associated processes. Defines data such as data types, sizes, and defaults. Ensures data integrity by using business rules and establishing validation checks. Accommodates requests for data structures in the enterprise data architecture. Performs impact analysis on required changes to data and data structures. Ensures data is coded appropriately by performing data testing. Responds to requests for information and assistance by producing requested reports and output.
