Job Description:

Provides on-site technical, program, and general IT operations support. Evaluates effectiveness of existing information processing systems and develops new systems to improve production or workflow as required. Performs system and network troubleshooting. Helps all employees resolve computer related issues. Installs and configures software and hardware. Makes recommendations and performs upgrades for servers, workstations, phone systems, printers, and other devices. Ensures that all backups are performed regularly. Ensures that all data is protected from internal and external threats. Troubleshoots software errors with suppliers as required to resolve issues. Designs and creates reports to provide data to different departments within the organization. Works with outside suppliers and consultants to develop systems to meet the organization's needs. Keeps library of all software, hardware, and supporting documentation. Assists managers in making new software selections. Performs network and system shutdowns.
