Manages and coordinates all activities of a branch office. Oversees activities of operations personnel to ensure efficient operation of department or branch. Reviews accounts, records of proof, and certifications to ensure compliance of workers with established standard procedures and practices. Interviews, selects, and hires new employees. Evaluates employee performance and recommends or initiates promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action. Compiles required and special reports on operating functions of department or branch. Controls supply of money on hand to meet branch's daily needs and legal requirements.
