Inspects, maintains, and repairs vehicles by troubleshooting the complete fuel, electrical, air induction, and brake system components on various types of vehicles and equipment. Repairs and rebuilds starters and alternators of all sizes. Diagnoses problems in injectors, pumps, and filtration systems. Establishes and follows schedules for maintaining vehicles. Maintains repair and maintenance records. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment. May train and supervise assistants. Less
