Plans, directs, or coordinates the selling, buying, leasing, or governance activities of commercial, industrial, or residential real estate properties, including managing homeowner and condominium associations, rented or leased housing units, buildings, or land (including rights-of-way). Manages the daily activities and financial aspects of residential and commercial properties, such as apartments, office buildings and retail stores. Oversees the operational aspects of commercial and residential properties and assures the premises are maintained, increasing their value.
