Manages, oversees, and coordinates project controls and activities, planning and scheduling, cost estimating and monitoring, and quality review for projects for an organization. Plans, organizes, implements, and monitors of all aspects of established safety and security policies, procedures, and programs to mitigate risk. Defines project controls objectives, including performance, cost, and schedule objectives. Develops, tracks, and maintains project schedule(s), and schedules performance on active projects.
