Manages the daily operations of a car wash facility, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers. Supervises the car wash staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Implements and enforces safety standards and protocols to protect employees and customers. Develops marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones and handles customer inquiries and complaints. Conducts maintenance checks... on car wash equipment to ensure operational functionality and to prevent breakdowns. Oversees the financial management of the facility, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and daily cash flow. Analyzes sales figures and forecasts future sales volumes to establish target goals for the business and staff.
