Job Description
Supervises labor relations program of establishment. Analyzes text of collective bargaining agreement and develops interpretation of intent, spirit, and terms of contract, to counsel management in development and application of labor relations policies and practices according to policy formulated. Represents management in investigating, answering, and settling grievances. Organizes and schedules grievance meeting between grieving workers and supervisory and managerial personnel.
