Job Description
Manages computer systems or coordinates human resources portions of computer systems designed to support human resources information and administrative needs. Oversees preparation of programs to process data and solve human resources problems by use of computers; computer systems support may be mainframe, mini, and/or personal computers. Analyzes, designs, develops, tests, and implements programs to meet special and on-going needs of humans resources information, getting user input. Anticipates future human resources needs and ensures computer systems are in place to meet future needs of the organization.
