Job Description
Plans, directs, and oversees the goals, policies, activities, and operations of the Facilities Services Division including grounds maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, painting, plastering, engineering, facility construction and renovation, and machine and electrical servicing. Coordinates assigned activities with other divisions, departments, and outside agencies. Develops, plans, implements, and administers division goals and budget; and monitors budget to control expenditures to properly administer division's budget. Directs and oversees implementation of the division work plan, assigned work, activities, and projects.
