Job Description
Heads the daily activities and direction of an Enterprise Operations unit and its equipment, carrying out the group's operational planning and execution objectives. Manages operations activities and projects, computer operations, data entry, data control, operations support, and/or operating systems programming. Provides overall enterprise-level network system administration, planning, support, maintenance, and management. Oversees quality assurance, documentation, and administration of the Enterprise Operations team.
