Installs, sets up, and calibrates various durable medical equipment apparatus and ensures that equipment has the proper space and power to function. Maintains and services facilities onsite DME and fulfills work orders and service requests. Trains and demonstrates DME usage and handling to patients, caretakers, and operators. Studies technical manuals of new DMEs and maintains knowledge of current DME design... and compatibility requirements. Coordinates and handles DME logistics, transportation and delivery. Logs, documents and reports DME records, including service history, distribution and intake, and delivery logs.
