Manages the daily operations of a car wash facility, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers. Supervises the car wash staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Implements and enforces safety standards and protocols to protect employees and customers. Develops marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones and handles customer inquiries and complaints. Conducts maintenance checks... on car wash equipment to ensure operational functionality and to prevent breakdowns. Oversees the financial management of the facility, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and daily cash flow. Analyzes sales figures and forecasts future sales volumes to establish target goals for the business and staff. Monitors inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and orders new stock to prevent disruptions in service. Collaborates with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts for the procurement of cleaning materials and equipment. Maintains a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that the facility meets all regulatory health and safety standards. Prepares detailed reports on business operations, including staff performance, financial status, and customer feedback for review by senior management. May visit competitors to analyze different service offerings.
