Job Description
Serves as the liaison between the business and the IT Department to define and establish service and support requirements as well as facilitate and improve the effectiveness of communication. Understands the business, assists in the prioritization of projects, ensures that projects align with the technology that best provides maximum return on investment, and directs IT strategy in support of the overall business strategy. Establishes, manages, and maintains strategic relationships with internal customers in one or more departments.
