Job Description:

Researches and calls target companies on a high volume basis focusing on speaking to director level or higher. Uncovers and secures new lead sales opportunities by outbound calling potential new clients. Sources and closes new corporate deals. Develops and manages a contact database, manages campaigns, analyzes industry sectors, and researches targets. Builds relationships with clients and sells and up sells products and/or services depending upon their business needs. Works closely with staff to achieve closure on new and existing accounts. Provides motivational sessions and training for staff to achieve daily call targets and improve productivity. Provides and maintains a record of activities, figures, forecasting, and any other records which may be required in order to keep up-to-date records of sales and performance.
