Installs equipment used to select, connect, and disconnect telephone lines in telephone company central office, following diagrams and using handtools and power tools: positions switching and power apparatus according to floor plans, using chain hoist when necessary. Connects outgoing and incoming telephone trunk lines to central office equipment, using handtools and following diagrams. Connects and solders wires, using soldering iron.
