Job Description:

Directs the administration, planning, and management activities of an organization in an assigned region. Assumes responsibility for achieving the mission, goals, and objectives of the organization within the region. Develops operational plans in collaboration with the management team and other regional staff. Ensures that program, finance, sales, and other objectives are met. Implements and supports organization's programs and promotions to help generate new sales leads for optimum growth. Oversees all program revenue goals. Oversees expense goals by working with managers to manage payroll and general and administrative expenses. Assists in the design, planning, promotion, execution, and evaluation of regional programs, developing and implementing approved standards and guidelines. Develops program objectives, identifies discrepancies, and implements recommendations. Prepares budget for the region, and develops procedures for monitoring and justifying expenditures. Develops, maintains, and implements policies and procedures. Reviews and analyzes expenditure, financial, and operations reports. Maintains current knowledge of competitors in the region. Ensures that the facilities meet standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, security, and physical plant operations. Ensures compliance with organizational, State, and Federal policies, standards, and requirements. Hires, trains, motivates, directs, coaches, and evaluates all managers.
