Organizes and oversees services provided to home care patients including care assessment, treatment, and training. Assures that quality home care services are delivered, coordinating case load distribution for a multidisciplinary team. Develops schedules and coordinates referrals to appropriate team members considering geographic location, skill levels of staff, and caseload. Acts as a clinical resource for the home care team. Requires RN license. Assists in the evaluation of all home care team staff for conformity to organization policies and procedures, regulations, and professional standards.
