Job Description:

Calls and/or receives calls from new or existing customer base. Answers questions about product, service, price, delivery, submittal status, availability of product, etc. Analyzes customer needs and recommends renewals, upgrades, or new products and services. Performs online communications, direct marketing, and marketing research. Troubleshoots technical issues for company products or services. Gains in-depth product or service knowledge and educates customers. Supports the creation/building of long-term relationships with customers. Performs order entry, reviews and processes orders, and creates credit requests. Prepares all necessary account/billing reconciliations and prepares or presents them to clients. Create, processes, and maintains a variety of reports pertaining to specific clients. Interfaces with clients, Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and a variety of internal departments, and assists in resolving client related administrative issues. Identifies delays or problem areas and suggests solutions for resolving issues. Gathers competitive intelligence and provides feedback on levels of customer satisfaction, as well as recommendations to improve procedures at the close of each sale/upgrade.
