Supervises personnel responsible for ensuring that Federal, State, and local tax reports have been properly prepared and filed in a timely manner. Collects and reviews tax data based on past and current year's records and submits estimates to management. Evaluates appropriations for specific taxes related to divisional programs. Analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Aids in preparation of regular and special reports to interpret budget directives, and establishes policies for carrying out directives. Submits recommendations for budget revisions to management.
