Designs web interfaces using techniques based on usability theory, navigational structure, and concepts related to creating visual flow.

Integrates business requirements into design strategies, interaction, and visual solutions or designs based on marketing objectives and strategic rationale. Consults with other senior team members to produce design projects, internal marketing campaigns, and identify new innovations and opportunities in the online e-commerce and marketing industry. Directs the collaborative efforts of a group of creative professionals. Supervises, reviews, mentors, and critiques the work of writers and designers, organizing and directing workflow of the team.
