Directs the negotiations with client terms and conditions for providing management services, and
writes draft of agreement stipulating extent and scope of management responsibilities, services to be performed, and costs for services.
Directs the preparation of lease or rental agreements for lessees and
collects specified rents and impounds.
Heads bookkeeping functions, or credits client account for receipts and debits account for disbursements, such as mortgage, taxes, and insurance premium payments, management services costs, and upkeep and maintenance costs. Directs the arrangements for alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of, property as specified in management services or lessee's agreement.
