Directs employee training to improve efficiency and ensure conformance with standard procedures and practices. Conducts staff meetings of operations personnel, or confers with subordinate personnel to discuss operational problems or explain procedural changes or practices. Prepares employee ratings and may conduct employee benefits and insurance programs. Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. May plan office layouts.
