Supply Chain Manager: Manages all supply chain functions, which may include, but are not limited to, production planning, forecasting, material procurement, inventory control, warehousing, rate setting, outsourcing, vendor selection, and distribution. Directs all supply chain projects to ensure that they are on time and within budgetary controls.
Develops inventory targets and order points. Oversees the scheduling of deliveries to prevent excess stock or backorders. Assures that departmental and support personnel are focused on continuous improvement of products and processes. Directs maintenance of records and data essential to material programs including materials resource planning.
