Leads the team responsible for staffing and recruitment operations, including maintaining personnel requests, job description maintenance, and advertisement creation.

Interacts with client's hiring or requesting managers to determine needs and to ensure needs have been met. Leads staffing team in reviewing applications and resumes, screening and interviewing applicants, matching qualified candidates to jobs, and providing permanent or temporary placement of qualified candidates for required job assignments. Conducts thorough and objective referencing, including responsibility for obtaining applicable background checks. Provides feedback to hiring or requesting managers based on candidate skills and experience as required by the position. Solicits detailed feedback from hiring or requesting managers in order to ensure selection of the most qualified candidates. Educates and guides staff, assists in recruiting best practices and strategies, legal requirements, and company interviewing guidelines. Ensures consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.
