Expatriate Administration Manager:
Manages the administration of all human resource aspects of international placements, procedures, and policies. Leads a team of Human Resources employees supporting international assignees from before deployment to completion of repatriation. Oversees visa procurement, tax equalization, and coordination of housing, benefits, and compensation packages.

Collaborates with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials. Acts as advisor to expatriate administration team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Cultivates relationships with key international assignees, business unit Human Resources business partners, program managers, field support employees, and others managing international programs. Manages relationships with key suppliers and vendors to make available the contracted level of support. Establishes and manages internal controls that meet the organization's standards for ethics and integrity, mitigate risk to international operations, and, where risks are identified, develop response and lead to speedy resolution. Identifies changing business needs and creates innovative solutions in international environment. Acquires support and resources for proposed solutions and leads implementation.
