Provides group and individual therapy to patients.
Provides psychotherapeutic services to individuals, groups, couples or families and may specialize in a certain area. Provides emergency and crisis intervention services. Determines frequency, duration, and intensity of treatment. Diagnoses and evaluates mental health status of patients. Collaborates with psychiatrist in developing treatment plans and works closely with patient’s medical providers. Prepares client progress notes and maintains records of treatment. Develops discharge plans. Provides mediation services. Provides supervised visitation services. Conducts neutral exchange services. Prepares and presents educational programs and prepares reports.
