Directs the arrangements for alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of property as specified in management services or lessee's agreement. Directs the employment, or contraction for services of, security, maintenance, and groundskeeping personnel and onsite management personnel if required. Directs the purchasing of supplies and equipment for use on leased properties.
