Regional Human Resources Manager:
Provides Human Resources leadership and strategic direction for a region, advising both on employee-related and organizational matters. Develops, implements, and leads key Human Resources processes and initiatives, such as recruitment, staffing, communication, performance management, training and development, compensation, talent and succession management, employee relations, policy development, etc.
Coaches and develops local human resources staff. Identifies and resolves actual and potential employee problems through analysis of performance appraisals, counseling and coaching sessions, and exit interviews. Serves as contact point for regional employees on all Human Resources related issues and troubleshoots as needed. Creates and implements recruiting, hiring, and retention strategies and processes for the region. Oversees succession planning throughout the region. Develops assessment and training programs. Implements strategies to improve communication to all employees. Drives diversity initiatives by developing leadership in the management team.
