Performs resource and recruitment functions to fill sales job openings, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and extending of job offers. Sources and identifies qualified sales professionals in the community through a high volume of outbound phone calls and meetings. Conducts phone screens and in person interviews to ensure qualifications meet requirements.

Administers skills testing, reference checks, employee verifications, and background investigations as required. Utilizes resources to attract qualified professionals available for opportunities. Generates qualified leads and referrals for other qualified employees. Attends networking events and remains active in the sales community. Creates and places recruitment advertising in channels including the Internet, newspapers, employee communications, and professional publications. Builds and maintains professional relationships with workforce. Presents opportunities to qualified employees and negotiates contract terms. Collaborates with employing customers to evaluate candidates. Prepares employment agreements, extends job offers, arranges for any pre-employment activities such as drug screening, and completes and routes new-hire paperwork. Informs appropriate organizations of new employees. Maintains and distributes recruitment data. Conducts routine follow-up meetings with personnel on customer sites/projects. Performs research on market and pricing. Attends contract meetings and documents information from meetings. May conduct new-hire orientations as required. May attend career fairs as required.
