Excludes paraprofessionals.
Grows, isolates, and identifies pathogenic bacteria, parasites, and other micro-organisms. Cuts, stains, and mounts tissue sections for study by Pathologist. Performs blood tests for transfusions, studies morphology of blood. Groups or types blood and cross matches that of donor and recipient to ascertain compatibility.
