Manager Division:
Manages the operational and fiscal activities of a division to include staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals. Directs and monitors daily operations to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed, goals and objectives are being met, and services and assignments are being accomplished efficiently and effectively. Plans and develops systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the division. Analyzes and documents business processes and problems. Develops solutions to enhance efficiencies. Coordinates and implements solutions from process analysis and general division projects.

Directs staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports. Supervises staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Conducts interviews, hires new staff, and provides employee orientation. Coaches and provides career development advice to staff. Establishes employee goals and conducts employee performance reviews. Schedules staff activities, which include work assignments, employee training, employee vacations, overtime assignment, and back-up for absent employees. Assists staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems. Schedules and conducts department meetings. Develops strategic planning and monitoring of the division's budget. Oversees financial well-being of the division by analyzing cost effectiveness and directing cost control activities.
