Sales Representative Vacation:
Sells, upsells, and upgrades timeshare packages. Gives customer service as specified in training and directed by management.

Responds to inquires about products. Utilizes computer systems to obtain accurate customer information. Manages productive leads for call backs. Meets and greets customers. Presents timeshare information and gives tours of timeshares offered. Discusses terms and conditions, incentives, points, and product pricing with customers. Uses approved presentation and support materials to sell timeshares to potential customers. Gains commitments from guests to purchase. Contacts existing timeshare owners to upsell and upgrade packages. Completes sales worksheets accurately, including down payment, closing costs, monthly payments, etc. Informs supervisor of progress of active accounts and any obstacles encountered. Stays current and knowledgeable regarding prices, finance rules, first day incentives, etc. Achieves individual performance guidelines within established time frames and contributes to achieving overall sales goals, closing percentage at budget levels, as set by management.
