Retrofits homes to make them more energy efficient. Installs insulation, repairs windows, improves existing structures, and performs other weatherization activities, such as heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) work.

Loads and delivers insulation and other materials to job site. Prepares the job site for installation and/or repairs. Inspects products and materials for defects prior to installation. Installs insulation according to work order/scope of work. Uses machines for blowing insulation into sidewalls and/or spraying foam insulation where applicable. Replaces and repairs HVAC systems to meet all applicable codes and standards. Performs quality checks after products are installed or repaired. Communicates any issues that interfere with work schedule and/or completion of job. Performs job site clean-up. Completes any necessary paperwork required for reporting. Communicates with customers on service and installation procedures. May perform energy audits. May select proper material and methods for insulating attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
