Generates sales growth in defined geographic area. Establishes working relationships and partnerships with clients by understanding their expectations and anticipating their needs. Develops and makes presentations to key customers and partners. Manages program development, budgets, timing, and reporting related to sales initiatives. Reviews, analyzes, and prepares reports, records, and directives, and confers with managers/supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered. Assists in the development of promotional materials and sales training. Maintains communication within the department and between departments by attending and conducting sales and staff meetings. Develops and recommends improvements to procedures and systems to improve sales operations.
