Interprets and administers personnel policies and provides for training program. Reviews nuclear medicine activities and recommends changes in, or better utilization of, facilities, services, and staff. Establishes and maintains work schedules and assignments of staff members. Authorizes purchase of supplies and equipment. Prepares and submits budget, records, reports, and statistical data to administrator of health care facility.
