Annuities Customer Service Supervisor:
Supervises the daily processing of annuity and/or securities transactions. Supervises customer service staff responsible for processing annuity paperwork and ensures the accurate recording of trades. Reviews and approves annuity sales and collaborates with management to resolve outstanding issues.

Ensures proper reporting through the sales tracking and accounting system. Serves as the liaison between agents and carrier for missing information. Performs routine quality reviews and monitors calls for compliance with procedures, content, and regulatory guidelines. Assists in development of telephone scripts. Resolves complex service inquiries and requests, including those from regulatory agencies. Responds to written and oral inquiries concerning annuity product features and administrative procedures. Processes complex financial transactions on client accounts including analyzing and processing full surrenders, transfers, withdrawals, and allocation changes. Analyzes and resolves problems encountered by staff. Provides customer service and sales staff with sales and annihilation illustrations. Consults with Legal and Compliance Departments on problem situations. Provides backup support on toll-free line as needed. Assists contract owners, outside broker dealers, bank representatives, third party marketers, and internal and external wholesalers in the resolution of administrative issues.
