Extractive Supervisor: Supervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged in setting apart materials in a mixture by filtering, sifting, straining, squeezing, precipitation, centrifugal pressure or agitation, and breaking materials and reducing to smaller size by compression, chipping, and smashing. Studies schedules and estimates time, cost, and labor for products, services, and/or completion of job assignments. Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures, progress reports, etc., in order to inform management of current status or work activities.
Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet deadlines. Recommends measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of service, and suggests changes in working conditions to increase efficiency. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists employees in solving work problems.
