Oversees supply and equipment negotiations for individual purchases and continuing contractual purchasing relationships.

Monitors production schedules and verifies material required or overdue and locates material. Directs requisition of materials and establishment of delivery sequences to departments according to job order priorities and anticipated availability of material. Directs transfer of materials to meet production schedules. Directs repair and assembly of material and its transportation to various departments. Works with top management to assure achievement of corporate goals. Oversees preparation and control of department's annual budget.
