Corresponds with printers on the production of direct mail, newsletters, and promotional materials. Updates and creates internal forms, envelopes, and business cards, as needed. Orders promotional items and maintains marketing material inventory. Handles literature requests, processing incoming requests for literature and sending out needed literature to clients. Helps package marketing materials, picks up materials from the printer, and distributes and prepares materials for mailings. Keeps inventory list and stock location. Supports the Tradeshow Coordinator and the Tradeshow Assistant in the office and on location if needed. May assist in the development, implementation, and analysis of marketing programs and promotions.
