Activities supervised include, but are not limited to, generating bills, statements, receipts, checks or other documents; copying information from one record to another; proofreading records or forms; counting, weighing, or measuring materials; sorting and filing records; receiving money from customers and depositing money; operating office equipment; operating phone systems; operating office computer equipment; addressing envelopes; stuffing envelopes; answering telephone; running errands; stamping, sorting, and distributing mail; and copying documents.
