Develops and directs all aspects of estate planning services including sales, staffing, and supervision. Provides high-level estate planning services. Oversees the technical areas of wealth transfer strategies, business succession planning, and individual and business taxation. Provides technical oversight and training to staff in areas of estate planning. Manages the client service process, including tracking and delegating tasks to be completed and assistance with client billing analysis, in order to enhance client service and maximize wealth.
Manages all aspects of client accounts and fosters client relationships. Expands services to existing clients and develops new business relationships. Assists in making recommendations for and managing execution of investment decisions. Reviews client reports, including net worth statements, performance reports, and estate planning flowcharts. Identifies estate planning issues and opportunities. Coordinates execution with attorneys. Coordinates preparation for client update meetings and runs meetings. Communicates with clients regarding estate planning issues. Researches tax laws, prepares tax memorandums on technical topics, and develops tax savings strategies. Reviews and maintains estimated tax payment calculations. Communicates with Tax Department to ensure proper distribution of relevant client information and provides final review of tax returns. Participates in training and estate planning workshops. Stays abreast of regulatory guidelines and new trends in the field. Provides appropriate and timely performance feedback to those supervised.
