Zone/District Retail Manager:
Manages operations of retail stores in assigned district or zone.
Develops and
implements methods and procedures for monitoring area and store activities, such as sales, expenditures, progress reports, etc., in order to inform management of current status of store activities. NOTE

Interprets company policy to Area Managers and Store Managers.
Analyzes area budgets to identify needs and/or reductions, and may allocate operating budgets funds.
