This position typically requires a Registered Nurse with long-term care experience or a Master of Social Work with three years of social work experience in a long-term or medical care facility. Reviews application forms and completes pre-admission assessment forms to determine appropriateness for admission. Contacts insurance representatives to confirm authorization.
