FLSA Report TM

Overtime Eligible
Overtime Eligibility Estimation
The New Scale Used for US FLSA Testing

New US Fair Labor Standards Act Regulations went into effect 08/23/2004 to calculate overtime eligibility. Nine specific job analyses questions are required answered, as are wage/salary level and pattern inputs. Treatment may differ by industry and certain states have their own regulations that may be more favorable than Federal Regulations. Quickly review a described position's nonexempt or exempt status under these new US Federal Regulations. This report is an estimation only.

Only an employer has the right to define work to be performed and it, the employer, is ultimately responsible to define the work content as found in the new US FLSA job analyses questions.
