Select the right position: Many organizations use non-standard titles for their positions. To make sure you’re purchasing the correct report, adjust the "duties" fields to match your job as closely as possible. Select the right industry: Executive compensation data for many jobs varies greatly by industry. Make sure that you select the industry that matches your organization. If your industry does not appear in the drop-down list, the SalaryExpert® databases do not contain comparables data for it.
